📦 Damaged Parcel Policy
- If your parcel is received in a damaged or broken condition:
- You must record a clear video before opening the parcel
- The video should clearly show the sealed package and the damage
- After verification, we will remake and resend the product at no extra cost
- ⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted
🎨 Customized Orders
- Customized / made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable
- Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to personal preference or dissatisfaction
- Customized orders will only be replaced in case of manufacturing defects or delivery damage, with valid video proof
❌ Non-Returnable Cases
- Change of mind or personal liking/disliking
- Claims made after opening the parcel without video proof
- Damage caused by customer mishandling
