📦 Damaged Parcel Policy

  • If your parcel is received in a damaged or broken condition:
  • You must record a clear video before opening the parcel
  • The video should clearly show the sealed package and the damage
  • After verification, we will remake and resend the product at no extra cost
  • ⚠️ Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted


🎨 Customized Orders

  • Customized / made-to-order products are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted due to personal preference or dissatisfaction
  • Customized orders will only be replaced in case of manufacturing defects or delivery damage, with valid video proof


❌ Non-Returnable Cases

  • Change of mind or personal liking/disliking
  • Claims made after opening the parcel without video proof
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling
